Analysis includes data comparison:
(PVDF coatings retain 90% gloss retention after 25 years vs.70% for standard polyester coatings),
technical edge (3 – coat systems (primer+color+clear) provide UV resistance and salt spray protection exceeding 3,000 hours),
and application tip (specify 30 – 40μm coating thickness for architectural façades in ISO 12944 C5 – M marine corrosion categories).
Step Solution:
1. Use 3xxx/5xxx series alloys with H24 temper (yield strength ≥150MPa).
2. Apply CNC back – milling to reduce panel center thickness by 0.2 – 0.5mm.
3. Maintain 15mm edge clearance and use slotted bolt holes for thermal expansion.
Caution: Avoid cold bending beyond 1° per 300mm length to prevent residual stress.
Technical Guidelines:
– Hole Geometry: Circular holes (Φ3 – 8mm) with 60° staggered arrangement provide 25 – 35% open area without compromising rigidity.
