Does your company's aluminum panel products comply with national building material quality standards?
All of our aluminum plate products strictly adhere to the national standard GB/T 23443-2009 “Aluminum Single Panels for Architectural Decoration”, ensuring key performance indicators such as tensile strength ≥150MPa and coating thickness ≥25μm meet the requirements.
What is the color difference control standard for special surface treatments (such as fluorocarbon spraying, wood grain transfer printing)?
We enforce the GB/T 9286 color difference control standard, ensuring ΔE≤1.5 (visually no color difference). We offer a triple confirmation mechanism using Pantone color cards, RAL color systems, and physical samples, supporting sample retention.
What is the minimum order quantity for custom orders? How long does the production cycle usually take?
Minimum order quantity is 20㎡ (special processes start at 50㎡), with regular orders delivered within 15 working days. Complex process orders do not exceed 25 working days (including a 7-day curing period).
How do you ensure that product edges and coatings are not damaged during transportation?
We provide four-layer protective packaging: PE film + bubble wrap + custom wooden pallets + corner protection sleeves, controlling damage rates to within 0.3%.
Which price terms and payment methods do you support?
We support EXW, FOB, CIF price terms, with payment methods being a 30% advance payment and 70% balance settled before shipment.
