Xtrametal modular building project engineering showcase
XtraMetal has been in metal product manufacturing for 32 years and we have encountered all kinds of problems, here are the most important concerns of our customers before closing the deal.
Proper installation requires a load-bearing structural assessment and secure mounting surfaces. Key steps:
1. Verify wall/ceiling load capacity (min. 150 lbs/sq.ft for cantilever models).
2. Align motorized louver blades parallel to ensure 0-165° smooth adjustment.
3. Install waterproof conduit for wiring (IP65-rated components recommended).
*Note:* Incorrect slope alignment may cause water pooling. Always integrate drainage channels in humid climates.
Perform quarterly maintenance:
– Clean blades with pH-neutral detergent to preserve powder-coated finish.
– Lubricate pivot points with silicone-based grease (avoid petroleum products).
– Test motor torque (standard 20-30Nm) via control panel diagnostics.
*Critical:* Blocked drainage holes reduce weather resistance. Inspect after heavy storms or pollen seasons.
Yes, we provide real-time order tracking through a dedicated customer portal or direct updates from our sales team upon request.
