1. Calculate thermal expansion: Use formula ΔL = α×L×ΔT (α = 23×10⁻⁶/℃ for 3003 Aluminum Alloy).
2. Install expansion joints: Minimum 5mm gap per 3m length.
3. Use slotted mounting holes: Allow 10 – 15mm lateral movement capacity.
Critical note: Fixed louvers exceeding 6m length require segmented design with intermediate supports.
