Anodized aluminum panels offer superior durability, color stability, and corrosion resistance compared to painted finishes.
1. Material Prep: Specify AA3003/AA5005 alloys with ≥10μm anodizing thickness (Class I per MIL – A – 8625).
2. Edge Treatment: Deburr cut edges post – processing and apply neutral sealant (e.g., silicone – based) at panel joints.
3. Installation: Use stainless steel fasteners (A2/A4 grade) with EPDM isolation washers to prevent galvanic corrosion.
1. Material Selection: Use H14/H24 temper sheets (0.8 – 3mm thickness) for cold – bending radii ≥8x thickness.
2. Pre – Anodizing Forming: Roll/form panels before anodizing to avoid coating cracks.
3. Post – Bending Care: Inspect for micro – cracks using 10x magnification; reject panels with >0.1mm surface defects.
We enforce the GB/T 9286 color difference control standard, ensuring ΔE≤1.5 (visually no color difference). We offer a triple
confirmation mechanism using Pantone color cards, RAL color systems, and physical samples, supporting sample retention.
