XtraMetal Aluminium Fin Cladding can be varied in size, shape, and depth, and can be installed vertically, horizontally, or at an angle to create unique patterns. We provide a wide range of finishes, including durable AAMA 2605 powder coatings in any RAL color, realistic wood-look finishes, and anodizing. Perforation options are also available for further aesthetic customization and to control light transmission.
XtraMetal Aluminium Fin Cladding is engineered for a long service life, often lasting for several decades with proper care. The high-quality aluminum and durable finishes are resistant to corrosion and weathering. Maintenance is minimal; we recommend periodic cleaning with mild soap and water to remove dirt and environmental pollutants. An annual inspection of the fasteners and sealant joints is also advised to ensure the continued performance and integrity of the facade system.
Solid aluminum itself is non-combustible and will not contribute to the spread of flame. The overall fire classification of the XtraMetal Aluminium Fin Cladding system, however, depends on the surface coating applied and the complete wall assembly. Our fins can be supplied with high-performance coatings (PVDF or powder coating) that have low flame-spread characteristics, enabling the finished product to meet stringent fire safety standards, such as Class A (ASTM E84) or A2-s1, d0 (EN 13501-1). For specific project compliance, it is essential to consider the fire performance of the entire facade system, including insulation and barriers.
We provide four-layer protective packaging: PE film + bubble wrap + custom wooden pallets + corner protection sleeves, controlling
damage rates to within 0.3%.
