The core structure consists of a custom-extruded 6063-T5 aluminum alloy frame, designed with dedicated molds to ensure stability and reduce deformation. For standard installations, we use a 40mm or 60mm door panel thickness. These frames are engineered with built-in reinforcing ribs (ranging from 2.5mm to 5.0mm wall thickness) to provide the necessary strength to support the weight of the tempered glass while maintaining a lightweight profile that reduces strain on the motor system.
To provide a precise quote, we require the “Opening Size” (width and height of the garage opening) and the preferred installation method (internal or flush-mount). Additionally, specifying the desired surface treatment (e.g., black powder coat vs. timber grain) and the proximity to the coast will help us recommend the most durable material specification for your project.
The production cycle for a standard Aluminum Garage Door is approximately 20 days. If a custom color match is required (outside our 8 stock colors), production may take longer and incur additional costs. International shipping typically adds another 30–35 days depending on the destination port.
